I Want To Join a Planning Committee

Part of helping our guests feel special is to create a beautiful environment. When they see that we’ve put some thought into the setting and ambiance, they’ll know they are at an event and will want to participate. This committee should consist of people who are artistic and who love to get the details right. This team:

  • Determines which decorations are needed based on your theme
  • Coordinates table settings, place cards, centerpieces, etc.

We’re happy to hear from you. Email us using the “Contact Us” page.

The Event Planning Committee handles the details of the event itself. This committee needs to be really good at keeping several balls in the air and following up with people.  This committee will:

  • Identify vendors
  • Coordinate  with businesses
  • Coordinate  with other personnel
  • Make recommendations on menu items
  • Make recommendations on entertainment

We’re happy to hear from you. Email us using the “Contact Us” page.

The Fundraising Committee must have excellent relationship skills to develop a rapport with corporate sponsors and get them onboard with your event:

  • Identifies possible sponsors for your event
  • Develops a strategy for acquiring sponsors
  • Delivers the promised benefits to sponsors

We’re happy to hear from you. Email us using the “Contact Us” page.

The Media/Public Relations Committee is responsible for getting the word out about our event. This person need to be creative, understand how the media works and even come up with a few novel ideas about how to spread the word and attract people to attend.  This group will:

  • Decide  how to promote the event
  • Work  with media sponsors, if necessary
  • Create press releases, if necessary
  • Manage  various methods of communication: TV, print, web, email and social media

We’re happy to hear from you. Email us using the “Contact Us” page.
